At Spacegoods, we want you to feel out of this world in our apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with a seamless and transparent return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor the journey back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
